Business Botswana, previously known as the Botswana confederation of commerce, industry and man power (BOCCIM), is an association of business employers that represent establishments across all sectors of Botswana’s economy in an advocacy capacity.

Since inception Business Botswana has been the leader and main voice of Botswana’s private sector. Through a philosophy of constructive policy dialogue, the organisation protects the economic interests of the business community has won the confidence and respect of Government and other stakeholders in Botswana.

With the transition from being known as BOCCIM, Business Botswana embarked on a new branding campaign and embraced a new mandate.
Within this new directive, some of their core business activities include focusing on setting up regional chambers of commerce to give organisations a central office to go to in their area of business, growing Botswana’s small to medium and micro-sized enterprises (SMMEs) and strengthening their relationship and partnership with the government.
